Eamon Fisher PT

Eamon Fisher

Group Fitness trainer

Eamon Fisher has over 16 years experience in the health and fitness industry, working in large franchise gyms to outdoor training and online coaching. He has combined his education and life experiences to create a healthy and fun approach to fitness and wellbeing. Eamon is well travelled and has had the opportunity to professionally instruct students in snowboarding in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Eamon currently trains BJJ which gives him confidence and strength both mentally and physically. Combining these experiences has supported Eamon to develop a passion for helping people with their health related goals, lifestyle motivation and injury rehab. Eamn is currently mentored under Keegan Smith and Ben Patrick who are both world leaders in strength and conditioning and highly influential people in the industry.

-Walking his 65kg Great Dane/Mastiff
-Spending time with his son/family
-Cooking slow cooked meats
-Listening to and recording podcasts
Eamon has a Cert 3 and 4 in health and fitness, a Diploma in Counselling and is a qualified snowboard instructor.

What our members are saying:

The Class Schedule

$20 per casual session and $55 a week for unlimited training

Monday- Lower body focused but with added cardio, upper body and core exercises throughout the session. Weights and body weight are both used.

Wednesday-Boxing with added skipping and whole body bodyweight exercises.

Thursday- Mix of upper and lower body exercises, using weights and bodyweight

Friday-Upper body focused using weights and bodyweight exercises.

Saturday- Mix of upper and lower body exercises, using weights and bodyweight
