Are you ready to get moving and make real progress towards the body you’ve been wanting? Do you need an extra jolt of motivation during your fitness journey? Our group training sessions are here to provide the energy, enthusiasm, and skills necessary to achieve your fitness goals. Our specialized sessions include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing and strength training with stretching, designed to maximize results while also keeping your workout fun and interesting.

Our sunshine group fitness class details

Monday – Lower body focused but with added cardio, upper body and core exercises throughout the session.  Weights and bodyweight are both used.

Wednesday -Boxing with added skipping and whole body bodyweight exercises.
Thursday – Mix of upper and lower body exercises, using weights and bodyweight
Friday – Upper body focused using weights and bodyweight exercises.
Saturday – Mix of upper and lower body exercises, using weights and bodyweight
